Eligibility for Returns

• Due to the nature of our products (powders/consumables), returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified cases at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit as agreed with the customer.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

• Bulk and custom/private label orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and are generally non-returnable once processed, unless defective.
