4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Bulk, Wholesale & Private Label Orders

Bulk, wholesale, and private label/OEM orders are subject to separate agreements, minimum order quantities, and lead times as communicated by our team.
