RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We aim to provide quality Henna and Herbal Products to our customers. Please read the following policy before placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of Henna and Herbal Products, returns may be accepted only in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

For hygiene, safety and product-quality reasons, opened, used, damaged due to customer handling, or altered products may not be eligible for return.

REFUNDS

If a return or refund is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product or supporting information has been reviewed and the claim has been approved.

The refund will normally be made to the original payment method used for the order, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

EXCHANGES

Replacement or exchange may be offered for products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to verification and availability.
